Coleman built this home as a custom residence from the ground up. A Queen Anne Victorian design with all the modern amenities, at 10,000 sq.ft. The residence boasted Walnut floors throughout and a Mahogany walled library. It also included two hot water recirculating pumps for a hot Jacuzzi bath or a hot steam shower available in any of the five full baths. Two half baths catch the overflow, and the geothermal mechanical system keep the house cozy and comfortable. Subzero, Thermadore, & Bosch appliances highlight a spectacular kitchen, which looks out onto the pool, waterfall, pool house, hot tub, and gazebo. A 3,000 sq.ft. garage/guest house was designed and built to accommodate vehicles and visitors alike.
